Abstract
Preschool education organizations are important in educating the young generation and providing them with science-based education. Management processes in these institutions are extremely important not only from an organizational, but also from a pedagogical and psychological point of view. Pedagogical and psychological factors have a great role in improving the management process. In order to increase the efficiency of the educational system, a combined approach of pedagogical and psychological aspects is necessary in the implementation of effective management in preschool educational organizations.
