Abstract

As countries compete more strongly in global markets educational program management shows its true impact on economic success. Many researchers have linked education to economic development but they have not deeply studied program-level governance in this relationship. Using mixed research methods we look at what program-level management of education means for national economy development. The results show a clear link between well-planned educational management approaches and better economic conditions according to worldwide data from 2022 to 2024. The analysis also involves Uzbekistan and Russia's Global Education Programme (GEP) case studies and OECD and World Bank indicator regression data. Educational programs based on performance and adaptation make countries more profitable through economic evidence-driven administration. Research shows that running quality programs becomes as essential to economic development as it is to education in the knowledge-based global market.
