Abstract

It is known that mutations in several loci of the Mycobacterium tuberculosis genome, including katG, inhA, kasA, ahpC, ndh, nat and mshA mutations play a major role. Most of the studies are based on the detection of mutations using DNA sequencing, hybridization on DNA chips, PCR, etc. [ Tomasz Yagielski, 2015].
