This article examines one of the most pressing directions of modern technology—artificial intelligence (AI). It explores the scientific-philosophical interpretations of AI, comparisons with human intellect, its impact on socio-economic and cultural-spiritual spheres, as well as potential future challenges and ethical issues. The analysis includes the concept of transhumanism and discussions on the negative consequences of AI development for humanity. The article also emphasizes the necessity of applying artificial intelligence based on humanitarian principles.
