Аннотация
This article presents an empirical analysis of how adolescents’ use of mobile phones and gadgets psychologically affects their attention concentration and academic performance. The study utilized the Smartphone Addiction Scale – Short Version (SAS-SV) and E. Kraepelin’s method for diagnosing attention. Statistical analyses revealed no significant correlation between the level of smartphone addiction and indicators of attention concentration or academic achievement. However, the results highlight the necessity of implementing psychological training and developmental programs to enhance attention and optimize the learning process.
