This paper presents an extended annotation on the topic of automation of product exit and entry from the factory to external warehouses. The importance, technological basis, and implementation methods of automating product exit and reception processes are extensively analyzed. Increasing efficiency in modern production and logistics systems, minimizing human errors, and optimizing resource usage are critical aspects. Therefore, automation ensures accurate monitoring of product movement, real-time data exchange, and the introduction of effective management systems. The study explores the key technologies used for automation, including ERP and WMS systems, which enable comprehensive control and documentation of product movement from the factory to the warehouse. RFID and QR code technologies facilitate rapid identification and tracking of products. IoT and GPS tracking systems allow real-time monitoring of transport movements and cargo conditions. Additionally, the significance of smart barriers, automatic number recognition systems, automated loading and unloading systems, and electronic documentation in the automation process is discussed. These systems enhance the speed of shipment and reception, reduce logistics costs, and improve overall efficiency.Research findings indicate that automation not only improves the accuracy and speed of product delivery but also helps optimize general expenses in manufacturing and logistics sectors. By implementing automated systems, the movement of products between the factory and warehouse is fully monitored, ensuring transparency and efficiency in operational processes. Potential challenges and their solutions, including infrastructure modernization, integration of software and hardware, and employee training for adaptation to new systems, are also considered.Overall, this study demonstrates that automating the process of transferring products from the factory to external warehouses enhances efficiency, security, and innovation in production and logistics networks.
