The article discusses the relevance of increasing population income, with a particular focus on the state policy implemented in the Republic of Uzbekistan to ensure employment. It also analyzes the measures undertaken in Kashkadarya region to secure employment and the outcomes of these efforts. Additionally, proposals and recommendations have been developed to ensure employment in the regions.
