Abstract
This article is dedicated to analyzing project management in crisis companies with an emphasis on examples from Uzbekistan. In conditions of economic instability, many Uzbek companies are compelled to adapt their processes to maintain resilience. The study examines methods and strategies of project management employed to overcome crises, including widely accepted approaches such as process restructuring, resource optimization, and financial flow control. It presents examples of successful anti-crisis projects, such as the automation of processes at the "Tashkent Cluster" and the improvement of logistics at "UzTransLogistics." Data from the Ministry of Economy and Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan indicates a growth in the number of companies implementing project management in crisis situations. The article emphasizes project management’s role as an effective tool for business stabilization and offers recommendations for further development of anti-crisis methods within the Uzbek market.
