Abstract
this article explores issues of increasing investment attractiveness in small industrial zones (SIZ). The article analyzes the importance of SIZ in economic development, factors affecting their attractiveness, and investment engagement strategies. The study used a methodology based on literature analysis, statistics, and expert interviews.
