Abstract

This study focuses on improving the statistical evaluation methodology of online services provided by commercial banks. As digital banking becomes increasingly integral to financial systems worldwide, accurately assessing the efficiency and quality of these services is essential for enhancing customer satisfaction and operational performance. The research develops a comprehensive indicator system and proposes methodological approaches that integrate both quantitative data and qualitative user experience metrics. By conducting a thorough literature review and SWOT analysis, the study identifies existing strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in current evaluation frameworks, providing a foundation for methodological refinement. The findings aim to support banks, policymakers, and researchers in optimizing online banking services through data-driven decision-making and innovative statistical tools.
