Abstract
This study explores the role of individualized approaches in improving the effectiveness of kurash training for young athletes. Wrestling, a traditional Uzbek martial art, requires the harmonious development of strength, agility, technique, and tactical thinking. Given the diverse physical and psychological characteristics of young athletes, generalized training methods often fail to address individual needs. Through diagnostic assessment, personalized training plans were implemented for athletes aged 10–14 in a sports school. Results showed significant improvements in performance, motivation, and injury prevention in the experimental group compared to those trained with standard methods. The study confirms the efficacy of individualized training in kurash and offers a methodological framework for coaches and sports educators.
